DEAR HYDRO QUEBEC

Thanks for the power failure 20 min ago. you just caused a major accident outside my appartment and now a chick is getting put in an ambulance. Also, thanks for going out when i was in an elevator with cody, gordie and joel. no cellphone power and a full bladder. my worst nightmare lasted 15 min. vive le quebec
